We provide a platform for holding, swapping, and transferring digital assets. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• Digital assets are highly volatile — values can change significantly
• On-chain transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the network
• You are responsible for verifying recipient addresses before withdrawals
• We do not provide investment advice or guarantee any specific outcomes

We charge zero fees on in-app swaps. On-chain network fees are determined by the relevant blockchain and are passed through at cost. All fees, when applicable, are displayed clearly before you confirm any transaction.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes
• Use the Platform to facilitate sanctioned transactions

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and transaction PIN. We strongly recommend enabling all available security features. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials, lost PINs, or unauthorized access caused by your own actions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
